Description
Bee pollen is collected by honeybees as they travel from flower to flower. The bees add a little flower nectar to the pollen and pack it into pellets which they carry back to the hive on their rear legs.
Pollen is a complete protein, rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, and anti-oxidants. It is considered an immune system builder that will also enhance vitality. It is also a great brain booster, lifting brain fatigue, improving alertness, and helping concentration levels over an extended period of time.
Dosage: Adults can try adding bee pollen to their diet a ¼ teaspoon at a time and can increase their daily intake to two tablespoons a day. Children can eat bee pollen too and should start with only a few granules.
