Shipping

How will the honey ship?

Honey and any other items will be well packaged in a carboard shipping container, ensuring that it arrives in the best possible condition.

Can you deliver my honey if I am local?

We ship orders using Canada Post, but if you are local you are more than welcome to place an order online and pick it up directly from us.

Can I come pick up my honey?

YES!

You can pick up your order just select local pick up.  When your order is ready you will receive an email confirmation.

Can you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this time we are only shipping within Canada

Payment

What payment options to you offer?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple and Google Pay.

If you are paying for an order when you pick it up, we offer secure tap and chip card processing as well as cash.

Do I have to order online or can I pay when I pick up?

You can certainly place your order online, select local pick up.

If you you are in the area and would like to stop in and place an order, you can place and pay for your order directly with us on site.

How do I go about making payment?

Payments can be made directly through our web site or in person using secure tap or chip.

Why does honey crystalize?

All honey will eventually crystalize. 

The honey crystalized has it gone bad?

No, your honey has not gone bad if it has crystalized.

To remove the crystals you only need to gently heat the honey to turn it back into liquid.

You can either place the jar in warm water or you can use the microwave in short time increments.

What is creamed honey?

Creamed honey is regular honey that has been alowed to crystalize but with a very fine sugar crystal.

Creamed honey, has no added ingediants added and is still 100% pure honey.

Returns

If I don't like my honey can I return it?

If you are not happy with our honey, we are not able to offer a return but we can certainly work with you to resolve any issues you may have such as a store credit, products discount or a replacement.
